The information collected depends on how you interact with Kemorae.

A. Information You Provide

We may receive information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Your email address.
• Purchase-related identifying information.
• Activation or license information.
• Support requests and correspondence.
• Information you provide when requesting a refund.
• Feedback or other communications you choose to submit.

D. Product Feedback

If you use the public or in-app feedback form, Kemorae may store:

• The feedback text you enter (what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected).
• The category and impact you select.
• Device type, browser, and operating system that you confirm on the form.
• Optional email, only if you provide it so we can follow up.
• Optional tester reference, only if you provide it.
• Program and source context (for example ET-001 and landing page or Settings).
• Submission timestamps and later administrator review status or internal notes.

The feedback form does not collect microphone audio, local Kemorae records, unrelated app data, full device fingerprints, precise location, passwords, or license secrets.

Screenshot upload is not available in this version. Images are not stored with feedback submissions.

We do not require users to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary to deliver and support the product.

B. Purchase Information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal.

Kemorae does not intend to directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, or similar sensitive payment credentials handled by the applicable payment provider.

We may receive limited transaction information necessary to:

• Confirm a purchase.
• Issue or validate product access.
• Identify a transaction.
• Provide customer support.
• Process or verify a refund.
• Detect fraud or payment abuse.

Your payment provider processes your payment information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

2. Local-First Application Data

Kemorae is designed so that primary user-created records may be stored locally on the user's device.

Depending on the version of Kemorae, local information may include:

• Tasks.
• Notes.
• Reminders.
• Ideas.
• Journal entries.
• Categories.
• Spaces.
• Dates and times.
• Relationships between records.
• Other information intentionally entered or captured by the user.

This information may be stored using browser-based technologies such as IndexedDB or similar local storage mechanisms.

Unless a feature specifically states otherwise, Kemorae does not automatically transmit these personal records to Kemorae servers.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of locally stored information where backup functionality is available.

3. Voice and Speech Recognition

Kemorae may allow users to speak information instead of typing it.

Kemorae is designed to use speech as an input mechanism and retain the resulting text or structured information rather than intentionally maintaining permanent copies of the original voice recording.

The general processing model is:

Speech → transcription → interpretation → structured record → local storage

Kemorae does not intentionally maintain a permanent library of user voice recordings as part of its normal product architecture.

However, speech recognition may rely on functionality provided by:

• Your web browser.
• Your operating system.
• Your device manufacturer.
• A speech-recognition provider.
• Another third-party service.

Such providers may process audio or transcription information under their own terms and privacy practices. Kemorae does not control the independent data-processing practices of those providers.

You should review the privacy settings and policies associated with the browser, operating system, device, or speech-recognition service you choose to use.

4. License and Entitlement Information

Kemorae may process limited information to issue, validate, restore, or revoke software access.

This may include:

• Purchase email address.
• License or access code.
• Product identifier.
• Entitlement information.
• Entitlement status.
• Activation or validation requests.
• Information used to identify revoked or invalid access.

Certain entitlement information may also be stored locally so Kemorae can continue to function offline.

License codes and entitlement mechanisms are intended to verify authorized access to the software and protect the product against unauthorized distribution.

5. Technical Information

When you access the Kemorae website or online activation services, standard technical information may be automatically processed by hosting, infrastructure, or security providers.

This may include:

• IP address.
• Browser type.
• Device type.
• Operating system.
• Request timestamps.
• Pages or endpoints requested.

• Security or abuse-detection information.

Kemorae will not represent locally stored information as private from an external AI provider once the user intentionally submits that information to such a provider.

Where third-party AI functionality is used:

• The third party may process submitted content.
• Users should avoid transmitting sensitive information unless they understand and accept the applicable provider's practices.

Kemorae may provide integrations or workflows but does not control independent third-party AI services.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Kemorae website may use technically necessary browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies required for:

• Session operation.
• Security.
• Product activation.
• Preference storage.
• Application functionality.

If analytics, advertising, or non-essential tracking technologies are introduced in the future, appropriate disclosures and controls will be added where legally required.

We retain server-side personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including:

Locally stored Kemorae records remain on the user's device until deleted, reset, removed by the user, or otherwise lost through device or browser changes.

Removing Kemorae, clearing browser data, resetting a device, or changing browser storage settings may permanently delete locally stored information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over:

• Their devices.
• Email accounts.
• License codes.
• Access credentials.
• Locally stored Kemorae records.
• Device backups.

13. Offline Operation

Certain Kemorae functionality may operate without an active internet connection.

Because authorized entitlement information may be retained locally:

• A device may continue functioning while offline.
• Server-side entitlement changes may not become effective on that device until it reconnects.
• Refunds, revocations, or licensing changes may therefore not be reflected immediately on an offline installation.

14. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information maintained by Kemorae, including the right to request:

• Access.
• Correction.
• Deletion.
• A copy of certain information.
• Information regarding how personal information is processed.

These rights are subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Please note that Kemorae cannot retrieve local-only records from your device if those records were never transmitted to us.

15. Children's Privacy

Kemorae is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our online services.

If we learn that such information has been collected contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Persons who are not legally able to enter into a binding agreement should use Kemorae only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

The use of that domain does not make EYE AM STUDIOS, LLC the seller or contracting party for Kemorae purchases.
